Superbowl Sunday

One hundred and fifty-five weeks or 37 months in this final phase. It has been a slow cascade marked by gradual shifts as everything unwinds and then reaches a smaller transition point where something new and different begins or ends. This time has been difficult, and honestly fascinating. Currently, since experiencing a rather dramatic change three weeks ago, things have gone from painful in the afternoons, to energized and largely pain-free. There have been other changes I won't go into, though, that illustrate how much things are really changing.
