Spent the night in a holding room

Saint Francis is full, evidently. So, I got to experience the joys of a holding room. It's about 14'x14' with a sliding glass door on one side that is a few feet from the nurses' station. It is loud but the bed was comfortable.
The IV was started around 7, I guess. It's 5% dextrose. It was set to deliver over about 14 hours, considering it's now 7:45 am and has about a tenth left.
Things are not great. Yesterday, I was a little tachy in the morning but it settled after a while sitting. Last night, I got up to try and close the glass door and my heart rate went to 140. I noticed it also went up when I just talked or moved around. This morning, it's at 90 with me just sitting up.
It's alarming to me. After the IV was started, I almost immediately was congested. Then my belly began to make noises. No pain, just digestive type sounds. I'm guessing the candidiasis used the sugar and water to apoptofy more cells. The only ones really left, those on the exterior or my bowels. I might be wrong, but regardless, the heart rate is concerning. In the article it said that someone was likely to die right in the middle of a sentence. That makes sense to me now, because when I stand up and my heartrate goes to 140, I don't even feel weak, out of breath, or anything. That's the pituitary in control and the low volume making the amount of flow inconsequential.
