Lab values and more - UPDATED

The article discussed how lab values would begin to look off only near the very end.

The problem is two-fold. First, the pituitary is manipulating all types of hormones to keep basic electrolytes in check. Second, the kidneys are failing but in quite a unique way. During one of the previous transitions (2012 for me), candida is loose in the abdomen for a time. This occurs at the same time as another change that causes sugars to be passed into urine. As a result, the ureters are eaten through. After that time, the bladder acts as a pseudo-kidney. Essentially, the kidneys continue to work but discharge into the abdomen. But the suction from the heart somehow causes this fluid to be pulled into the bladder. So, from that time forward, "urine" is a combination of kidney output and whatever other fluid might be present in the abdomen.

For years, this is just urine. It also serves to give a lavage to the abdominal cavity. But eventually, as the heart begins to fail, circulatory fluid overflows into this space. However, the bladder acts as a filter, keeping red blood cells and other flags from appearing in the urine as the kidneys eventually begin to fail due to low circulation.

Eventually, volume drops to such a degree that the kidneys are no longer creating any output. But, the overflow and filtering maintain a semi-normal appearance to just a cursory glance.

However, it's gotten severe enough now that my calcium and potassium are low. That is definitely not an indication of dehydration which is what an initial glance at urine specific gravity would indicate. Combining that with a low platelet count that has cropped up for the first time ever, and makes it much more likely we are dealing with some type of auto-immune disorder. Which we are.

There is more, but I have a Telehealth visit to discuss this with my pcp in 45 minutes plus another appointment tomorrow with the nice doctor I met Monday.

It will be a very critical week. As of right now, there still is not a medical person that believes any of this. That's about to change.

OK - POST Telehealth visit. Note 1 - I should really not make entries from my phone because typos are much harder to catch. My doctor was more agreeable than normal to my descriptions of my condition. Probably because he has lab values that are off. Why wouldn't he just believe me when I told him so many times that stuff was wrong?

So, he wants me to get my labs redone tomorrow. He is going to get a urologist involved (another delay, but he said a couple weeks). Additionally, if my platelets test low again, he will get a hematologist involved.

I'm more worried about having a bowel movement, at the moment. If we can get past that, we can have time for this other stuff. If not, we will be wasting the little time that is left.
