Circadian

I've fallen into a very circadian rhythm. All year, when I've had the worst symptoms, they have been circadian.
When I was nauseated every morning for a couple hours until I shoved down a bunch of food - circadian. When I was experiencing horrible pain in my abdomen every afternoon - circadian, when I had the terrible headaches in the afternoon - circadian. And now, the skin burning and other pains in the day and afternoon... Circadian.
In the article, it talked about how the men with the condition could be found at the bath house during the day... I've recently found that hot temperatures help with the burning feeling. Then they would go gather in the evening for large meals.
Later, as they worsened, they were confined to a sitting position with ice to ease the burning until nighttime, when they would get up and walk around. There was bell mentioned, likely a city bell, and after it tolled a certain hour they would return to their confinement and the moans would begin.
They did a lot to persevere that I am not doing because they had science on their side to tell them what to do and what not to do. Not drinking, only eating protein, times they ate nothing, eventually they stayed awake on purpose to avoid rising sugar levels, I believe, that happened when their brains slept... They had people caring for them, directing them and documenting it all. At a final point, they were given unlimited ice cream to eat and it was described as "rushing towards their deaths.." I don't have the science or care they did and that is simply due to the loss of documented knowledge. I feel that loss is intentional as it's dangerous knowledge.
Anyway, it's circadian. For now, I can function well in the evenings and sleep at night. But, I'm not doing the things they did and I don't have the science, medicine, or care they had. I have my wife and my will. Both are breaking from the strain.
